Welcome to the University of Lincoln Law Society. We are one of the oldest, most prestigious and the largest societies at the University of Lincoln. Proudly offering our members, from a variety of degrees, a plethora of opportunities to build the fundamental skills to bridge the gap between their degree and career. Our dedicated committee provide these bespoke opportunities through our four internal competitions and by organising numerous networking events every term, such as our Annual Networking Dinner, Cheese and Wine Evening and our Law Ball, which are attended by professionals from an array of backgrounds. 

 

Whilst we may be a relatively new Law Society, founded in 1998, our Society works relentlessly to provide our members with the same experiences offered at larger Universities. Our hard work is exhibited through winning awards for providing “The Best Careers Event” two year in a row in 2020 and 2021, “The Best Society for Student Engagement” in 2019, and 'Best Society President' in 2022. These awards are testament to the Societies core value of providing opportunities to our members. 

 

This year I can guarantee that my committee members and I will continue to ensure that the University of Lincoln Law Society is developing new and innovative ways for you to engage with our partners and develop your employability.
