Law Ball is one of the most popular events that the Society holds. Our black tie event is an opportunity for the Society to show that it supports its members not only academically, but on a social level. The event allows our members to celebrate their achievements throughout the year, together. It is important to recognise just how strenuous a law degree is, therefore provides a great excuse to get dressed up, relax and enjoy ourselves. Hosting the ball to all years allows the society to come together as a community. This was something that we have been recognised nationally for after receiving the award "Best Law Society for Student Engagement" in 2019. Once again something that the society is extremely proud of and wishes to maintain. What better way to send the academic year off with than a great celebration of all our successes. 

Following the unfortunate cancellation of the Law Ball 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19, the Law Society were able to host the Law Ball again in 2022. The event was once again a tremendous success; hosted at the County Assembly Rooms in Lincoln, over 80 Society members were able to get together and celebrate the academic year and all their achievements. 

We are proud to announce that Law Ball will be returning in 2023. The University of Law will be our sponsors! We hope to see all our members there.
